Pellet Stove/Heating

I am looking for a checklist for daily/weekly/monthly/yearly for my pellet stove, starting from how many bags of pellets used and how long they last. We are new to having a pellet stove, we are disabled, and it makes it easier to have checklists for everything. No luck searching on the internet. Help?
